The following are the terms and conditions for all purchases from Soul Awaking. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
The contents of each of our Seven Levels of Ascension boxes is described here on soulawaking.com.au. If you have any questions about the contents of a box, please contact us at hello@soulawaking.com.au prior to purchase so we can help.
Unused and unopened Seven Levels of Ascension boxes may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we’ve received the returned item(s) you will be credited the purchase price (less shipping, which is not refundable) to your original payment method. Used, opened and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
Each box is lovingly crafted with a blend of Luna and Kaylee’s moon and herb magic. As such, we don’t substitute items in the Seven Levels of Ascension boxes. However, we understand sometimes a custom crafted box is what your Soul requires, so if you’d like to curate your own box please contact us at hello@soulawaking.com.au.
Customised orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
As our herbal teas are made with a variety of wild crafted and organic dried plant materials, we can’t guarantee exclusion of any herbs. If you have allergies, dietary or other requirements, please take this into consideration when ordering.
Similarly, our sprays are made with a variety of essential oils and we cannot guarantee exclusion of other essential oils. If you have an allergy, please take this into consideration when ordering.
Our deliveries are handled by Australia Post and, while we do our utmost to get your Soul Awaking box delivered speedily to your door, occasionally delays may occur which are out of our control.
